When it comes to outsourcing, we can help you avoid the traps at any stage of the process. Two thirds of outsourcing initiatives fail. There are many reasons for this, but they can be boiled down to a few big categories: the outsourcing was done without the context of the operating model it must fit into; the focus was on the deal and not the relationship; and/or transition to the provider was mismanaged. Because most advisory firms only focus on "the deal", it is not surprising that their transactions tend to fail. Because our focus is operations and not deals, we will only steer our clients to outsourcing if it is the right answer.
